Two positions available asap.One is for an experienced au pair .And we dont need care but our offices and house do urgently, to be sorted, and organized, cleaned etc ..
second position is all round PA .urgently seeking live in or out PA, male or female matters described underneath dont need to be all done by 1 person but we expect you to at least be able to do half of it and be good in organizing papers, and goods in the house and offices & are excellent with computer rest are options but not a must .
You will be working for a well known scientist (and also her daughter a well known artist) who has recently had cancer surgery, plus a small stroke and is in need of some healing but also requires assistance with financial matters as well as support for ongoing administrative tasks. knowledge of financial or computer issues would therefore be appreciated.
You must be able to work proactively, independently. Other requirements are proficiency in English, and / or French and or dutch. Excellent computer skills and administrative skills are needed.
People who have studied law, accounting, business administration, economics, journalism, social media, film making, IT, multi media, web design, PR, communication studies, or something similar are having an advantage but anyone with good admin and computer skills is welcome to apply.

You will be given a good contract after a successful trial period which is paid of a few weeks and it depends whether you do half or full time, or whether you come a few days a week which is also an option for those who study or work elsewhere part time. So we are flexible in the schedule as it can vary from full time to half time, to a few times a week.
And the tasks are also flexible because besides administrative tasks we also have the option u do housework, organizing papers, cleaning, and putting order in the house and office etc. (for those kinds of tasks it is 12 eur per hr). The administrative as well and the more high end computer tasks are paid 15 eur and this is again for live out tasks on a regular basis. Plus you get yr travel expenses. . In the beginning there is for a few weeks or months a temporary and cozy room in our nice, quiet diplomatic apartment with a huge park across the street, until you find your own accommodation. There is a short try out which is absolutely obligatory in which you will need to perform various tasks to demonstrate your abilities.
The face to face try out will be either in brussels or holland (and you will possibly also help us with moving the office goods from holland to brussels).You must be able to drive a car preferably.

No other method is accepted such as calls etc. You must do a try out to show you can scan well, deal well with the tasks on the computers and be fast in typing letters which will be dictated;

After the try out you can get a contract right away; In all cases you can get a free accommodation though if you come from far for the try out, plus half the expenses of travel and free food during the try out ;. The try out lasts a few hours per day and 2 days in a row; For people from far the try out is a short week. Salary: up to 1850 euros per month depending on experience; Or 1500 when you get a room with value of 550 eoro in our nice diplomatic apartment and than we will ask you to contribute 450 euros for use of all amenities and you therefore in effect get 1400 plus the room for free; (the room is normally rented out for 750 including utilities). For exceptionally good experienced people the salary can be between 2000 to 2200 but they need a proven track record and do the trial period excellent. And the same rules apply, which is that you are a live in and you get the room for free but contribute for all amenities (which u get anyway in your salary included). This can be a job for long or shorter term but we prefer longer term. Starting date: ASAP. Please reply with a CV, references and motivation letter.

having good references is a must and a covid test as you will be living/working with a person with fragile health. Only for people with an EU working permit.
