General responsibilities of the product marketing specialist europe:
• Take responsibility for product categories mainly from Category II (i.e. scalers & scan converters, signal processors, switchers, distribution amplifiers, interfaces, bulk cables & connectors)
• Conduct competitive product and pricing analysis and document them.
• Help the Director of Product Marketing specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by reading travel reports and feedback from the sales team.
• Support the sales team in the launch process of new products by giving training and prepare effective tools for presentations and training on new products and technologies.
• Assist in providing advice to the Director of Product Marketing on product pricing
• Support the Product Marketing Manager in developing ways on how to demonstrate products at events and tradeshows
Must have skills of the product marketing specialist europe:
• Technical education in Electronics and/or Electrical engineering or a Marketing management degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory).
• Good presentation skills.
• The ability to operate self-directed and proactive on given tasks.
• Analytical skills and structured work approach.
