Responsibilities:

Planning and development of the content, organization and marketing activities of the entire conference product portfolio for the Benelux region

Responsibility includes project management and full implementation of the process including co-ordination and direction of sponsors, speakers, press etc.

Profit and loss responsibility

Identify, research and launch new and innovative products/conference topics

Direct involvement in the sponsorship sales process – including regular client meetings and business development support in terms of developing sales tools, presentations, value propositions, proposals, etc.

Developing and maintaining relationships with analysts, sales and marketing personnel throughout the company


Qualifications

Excellent HBO/university degree required.
Minimum 5 + years proven track record of successful conference and event management and execution
Experienced business owner, including profit and loss responsibility.
Fluent in Dutch and English (preferably also in French) written and spoken
Good understanding of the ICT market and relevant content
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Outstanding communication skills incl. profound copy-writing skills
Highly focused on achieving quality results
Self-motivated, and target orientated
Constructive attitude to problem solving.
